A former Kaizer Chiefs star has reportedly failed to impress during his trial at Swallows FC and is likely to remain clubless this season!
Former Kaizer Chiefs star George Lebese has failed to impress during his trial at DStv Premiership outfit Swallows FC.
George Lebese has unemployed since his COVID-19 enforced departure from United States based side Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC last year.
Despite not returning to the club midway through the previous campaign, the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder was still unable to sign for any PSL side due to not having his FIFA clearance.
Lebese spent the end of last season working with Sekhukhune United however his missing clearance meant he was unable to join the club.
It has since emerged that the former Kaizer Chiefs star’s trial at Swallows FC which began last month proved to be unsuccessful after the club decided against offering him a first team contract.

Swallows have acquired the services of former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Tebogo Langerman as well as Kaizer Chiefs defender Yagan Sasman.
Orlando Pirates’ Monnapule Saleng and Austin Muwowo have been confirmed as new arrivals while former Golden Boot winner Mwape Musonda arrives in attack.
The club have also included Kaizer Chiefs youngster Given Thibedi in their squad list for the new season despite him being announced by the Amakhosi as a loan returnee last month.
