Gavin Hunt to Orlando Pirates? The ex-Kaizer Chiefs coach breaks silence!

Former Kaizer Chiefs head coach Gavin Hunt has broken his silence on media reports that he could be joining Orlando Pirates.

Hunt recently parted ways with Chippa United after just five months into the job – he was suspended for a month prior to his release.

Speaking to TimesLIVE on Monday, Hunt said he’s reading a lot about himself in the media regarding his future.

However, he is not focusing on what’s being said about him and his future as he wants to take some time away from football.

“I’m reading a lot about me in the papers, but not paying any attention,” said Hunt.

Pirates have not had a head coach since the departure of Josef Zinnbauer at the start of the current season.

Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids have been entrusted with leading the team but the results haven’t been forthcoming so far.
