SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt has heaped praise on his team following the conclusion of the 2022/23 DStv Premiership season on Saturday.

Matsatsantsa lost 1-0 to Sekhukhune United in their final clash to finish third in the final standings.
That was good enough to secure a berth in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.

Hunt took to social media late on Saturday to tweet: “First season back with SuperSport United. Couldn’t be happier!”
Gavin Hunt, who is a four-time PSL winner as a coach (three times with SuperSport United and once with Bidvest Wits), also tweeted: “And that’s a wrap SuperSport United. What a season! So proud of the boys!”
