SuperSport United got their season off to a good start with a 2-0 win over Richards Bay FC at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.

The good news for Gavin Hunt and his team were that two of his new strikers in Terrence Dzvukamanja and Etiosa Ighodaro scored.

Dzvukamanja opened his account following a cross by debutant Shandre Campbell to give SuperSport United the lead.

Ighodaro sealed the deal after coming on from the bench to also get his first goal of the season in the colours of Matsatsantsa.
