Benni McCarthy’s side will head into the clash high on confidence after making history by winning their first ever CAF Champions League group stage match 2-1 against Guinean outfit Horoya AC last weekend.

AmaZulu are in 7th spot in the DStv Premiership

While they have been in inspired form in Africa’s premier club competition, their DStv Premiership form has been inconsistent and they currently occupy seventh position.

Worryingly for Usuthu fans will be the fact that several of the teams both ahead and below the KwaZulu-Natal side in the log have matches in hand over AmaZulu – some as many as three.

Meanwhile, TS Galaxy will also be high on confidence having knocked Kaizer Chiefs out of the Nedbank Cup in the Round of 32 with Augustine Kwem scoring the only goal of the game.

Sead Ramovic’s side followed up that up with a 1-0 victory over Swallows FC to move out of the relegation zone.

TS Galaxy are now 14th in the 16-team log.
