Looking at his first five assignments, you’ll notice that he’ll meet all of last season’s top three sides.

That’s (in order of who’ll they’ll face) Royal AM, Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City.

This won’t be a child’s play.

And then there’s Mamelodi Sundowns whose strength in unquestionable. It’s surprising that this immense fixture was placed so early in the season where both clubs are perhaps yet to gel.

Chiefs don’t have a bad record against Cape Town City, but they failed to beat them in the last campaign.

The two sides played out to a goalless draw in the first match before City took maximum points in the second round.

“We have worked on our preparations, but obviously it won’t be easy because all teams want to do well,” Zwane told the club’s website.

“We have looked at different combinations at the back, midfield and attack, and we feel we are ready for action. It’s important to start well and work on building on that for the next number of games. We will do our best on Saturday and hope that the Amakhosi supporters that will be in the stadium leave with smiles on their faces,” he added.
