Mosimane decided to walk away from the Egyptian giants just a few weeks ago.
Since then, speculation has been rife about his potential next move… Now, we hear it from Mosimane himself.

Mosimane has spoken out publicly about his plans for the future for the first time since walking away from Al Ahly.
“I’m happy to take a break. I’m happy to wake up at 11:00 and I’m happy that I’m not accountable to anybody at this point in time, I’ll get back [to coaching] when I feel like I want to go back,” Mosimane stated on KickOff.

Mosimane referenced some coaching greats like Zinedine Zidane, Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti.
“Sometimes you feel it’s okay, it’s done. Sometimes you [have to] take a step back – big coaches like Pep Guardiola have done that,[Carlo] Ancelotti has done that, [Zinedine] Zidane has done that, he won three Champions League but he’s not coaching now,” added Mosimane.

Therefore, Mosimane will be taking a break for a while. A much needed one if you ask me. So, their is no immediate return to the PSL as yet, despite openings at SuperSport United and Royal AM. However, Mosimane could coach Bafana Bafana in the future at a later stage, if you ask Patrice Motsepe.
His focus, for now, is on his new project, the Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools which is set to take off later this year.
