Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies have reached the CAF Women’s Champions League final for the second successive time after edging Simba Queens.

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies have reached the CAF Women’s Champions League final for the second successive time after edging Simba Queens.

The defending champions defeated the Tanzanian side 1-0 courtesy of Boitumelo Rabale’s second half goal in Rabat on Wednesday night.

Rabale was handed the Woman of the Match prize after inspiring the Cup holders to victory over the CECAFA champions.

It was her second individual accolade and her third goal of the competition.

SUNDOWNS TO MEET BAYELSA QUEENS OR ASFAR IN THE FINAL

Jerry Tshabalala’s side will meet hosts ASFAR Club in the final at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium on Sunday, 13 November after they beat Bayelsa Queens by a similar 1-0 scoreline.
