The Zambian forward has struggled to cement his place in the Amakhosi starting line-up. With the transfer ban now lifted, Stuart Baxter is expected to sign more players which meant Kambole would have even less of a chance is playing.

“Everything between the player and the club has been agreed and it is a matter of time before it is made official,” stated a Yanga SC official.

“Kambole is a good striker who we believe will thrive in the team and will help in finishing the numerous chances created. There is an option to buy him after the completion of the loan deal. The most important thing is having him in the team, as we work on having a more competitive Yanga for next season in all the competitions we will be taking part in,” said the Yanga official.

He is a talented striker and Yanga SC has noticed his playing ability. They will be using him as a key part of their attacking set up for next season.

KAMBOLE HAS STRUGGLED FOR FORM AT AMAKHOSI

The Zambian has failed to settle in at Naturena and has scored just a single goal in 39 appearances for Chiefs. He also failed to score a goal in 22 appearances this season.

The loan spell may do Kambole the world of good, giving him game time and an opportunity to show his worth.

Loan spells give players a chance to build confidence and return as better players. It may be a blessing in disguise for both Chiefs and Kambole.

Amakhosi fans will be hoping the club bring in a clinical finisher who can show consistency and attacking prowess.
