Senegal international Sadio Mane has reportedly made a decision to leave Liverpool following the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday.
According to reliable European journalist Fabrizio Romano, Mane was only waiting for the conclusion of the 2021-22 season to let Liverpool know.
Bayern Munich could be Mane’s next club as they have emerged as strong candidates to sign the Senegalese attacker.
Nonetheless, Bayern are not the only club that’s after Mane’s services, and all will depend on the player himself in the next few weeks.
Mane has been a stalwart for Liverpool since joining them from Southampton in 2016, and will definitely leave as the club legend.
The 30-year-old attacker has, this season only, contributed 23 goals in 51 appearances across all competitions for Liverpool.
Overall, Mane has scored 120 goals and registered 48 assists in 269 competitive matches for Liverpool since joining the Reds.
