South African star Percy Tau will – as expected – not feature for Brighton & Hove Albion in their opening home match of the 2021/22 Premier League season against Watford on Saturday.

Tau’s absence is reportedly due to the fact the Bafana Bafana star is currently in South Africa as he edges closer to a blockbuster move to Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
Such a move would reunite him with his former Mamelodi Sundowns boss, Pitso Mosimane.
Brighton beat Burnley last weekend in their opening clash of the season.
Percy Tau played no part in that match either.
