In a special message to Sundowns, De Bruyne – who recently won both the English Premier League and FA Cup with City – took the time this week to offer a shout out to the South African club.

“It was fantastic to recently see the Mamelodi Sundowns senior team winning the South African league title for the sixth season in succession, and so there is no doubt that the U15 players are all in the right place at one of the leading clubs in Africa, with a great future ahead of them.
