Annoyed Pitso Mosimane justifies Tau’s selection ahead of local favourites
It’s not all comfortable for Pitso Mosimane and Percy Tau at Al Ahly right now. The Mzansi coach has now tried to defend the Lion of Judah.

This is sad. Pitso Mosimane has continued to face pressure to pick Al Ahly’s favoured forward Hossam Hassan ahead of the likes of Percy Tau.
PITSO MOSIMANE ADMITS PERCY TAU IS MISSING GOALS, BUT…
During a recent media briefing, the Kagiso-born coach told journalists that he has answered their demands to field Hassan. But has he delivered?
“You can judge Hossam Hassan, I’m happy I played him because it’s okay to play him and he deserved a chance I gave him. Percy Tau is playing good, but he’s missing chances, he’s just missing chances to score.
Additionally, Pitso said that Tau is not really justifying his opportunities to start either…
“That’s why I put Hossam Hassan in, even he can score and I played [Mohamed] Sherif today, he also missed a chance, I brought in Salah Mohsen and he also missed a chance. So where am I going now, maybe I must play you?
“Sherif has been playing all the games and missing [too]. Percy Tau is missing chances, we can’t run away from that, okay… Hossam Hassan was playing – no chance okay.
“Sherif has been playing all the games, don’t drive me to one point, I’m giving references. Sherif played seven games and didn’t score okay, “ Pitso Mosimane concluded.

REPORTS: PITSO WANTS SUNDOWNS SUPERSTAR AT AL AHLY
Based on the report above, it should not surprise anyone that the former Bafana Bafana coach wants a top Sundowns striker.
