Orlando Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer is reportedly calm about his position at the Soweto giants despite mounting rumours he is on his way out.

The Buccaneers were knocked out of the CAF Confederation Cup by Raja Casablanca on Sunday, losing the second leg 4-0 and the tie 5-1 on aggregate.

Orlando Pirates’ exit once again sparked suggestions Zinnbauer could be replaced before the start of next season.

However, the German tactician is thought to be relaxed about his current situation.

He helped Orlando Pirates end their trophy drought by lifting the MTN8 title this campaign and they are still within striking distance of the top three.

Orlando Pirates are currently fourth in the DStv Premiership standings with 43 points after 26 matches. They are only three points adrift of third-placed Golden Arrows having played two fewer matches.

The Buccaneers will next be in action at home against AmaZulu on Thursday, 27 May (17:00) followed by matches against TS Galaxy (away, Sunday, 30 May at 15:00), Baroka FC (away, Wednesday, 2 June at 17:00) and TTM (home, Saturday, 5 June at 15:00).
