AL AHLY LOSE TO MAMELODI SUNDOWNS IN THE CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
As The South African reported on Saturday night, the DStv Premiership champions claimed a hard-fought victory over Al Ahy, thanks to a Thapelo Morena late goal and more.
With the game headed to a goalless draw and after Percy Tau’s goal was ruled out for offside. Substitute Morena needed just a few minutes before he was set free by Peter Shalulile before smashing in a wonderful finish with his right boot.

Mamelodi Sundowns could have lost three points could have been lost if goalkeeper Mweene did not show his class in stoppage time.
Hamdi Fathi thought his brilliant header was going inside the net but the 37-year-old Kabo Yellow keeper pulled an extraordinary save.
