Mamelodi Sundowns have broken their three-year CAF Champions League quarterfinal curse by booking their spot in the last four!

Mamelodi Sundowns booked their place in the CAF Champions League semi-finals after hammering Algeria’s CR Belouizdad.

The Brazilians walked away with a 6-2 on aggregate victory in the last eight.

Sundowns had crashed out at the exact stage during the previous THREE editions of the CAF Champions League.

They’ll be pleased to pass that hurdle and can now look forward to a blockbuster semi-final against familiar foes Wydad Casablanca!
