Kaizer Chiefs to do Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly a HUGE favour!

Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly have reportedly chosen Kaizer Chiefs’ Naturena Village as their base training ground ahead of their upcoming clash against Mamelodi Sundowns.

Mamelodi Sundowns host the defending CAF Champions League champions at the FNB stadium on Saturday afternoon in a crunch group stage clash.

Al Ahly are en-route to South Africa for the clash which will take place at the iconic FNB stadium, on the south of Johannesburg and will be using Kaizer Chiefs’ training ground to prepare for the match!

Al Ahly to use Kaizer Chiefs’ Village as training base!

According to IdiskiTimes, Pitso Mosimane’s side will make use of Mamelodi Sundowns’ rival’s training facilities to prepare for Saturday’s blockbuster clash.

“Egyptian giants Al Ahly are believed to have chosen the Kaizer Chiefs village as their training base for the next two days as they build up to their crunch CAF Champions League Group A game against log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns at the FNB stadium on Saturday.” a report read.

“Al Ahly are scheduled to land in South Africa this morning and are expected to have a light training session at the Amakhosi base in Naturena later this afternoon, iDiski Times has established.

“Using facilities of fellow professional teams is not something new in African football, as part of sportsmanship and good relations, Kaizer Chiefs also used the training base of Raja Casablanca in the lead up to the semi-final and the final of the CAF Champions League last year in Morocco.”

Pitso Mosimane has put pen to paper on a new deal with Al Ahly. The Egyptian giants announced minutes before they departed Egypt for South Africa.
