Percy Tau is ready to return to Bafana Bafana after being announced in Hugo Broos’ LATEST 24-man squad to take on Zimbabwe and Ghana.

Percy Tau is ready to return to Bafana Bafana after being announced in Hugo Broos’ LATEST 24-man squad to take on Zimbabwe and Ghana.

The Lion of Judah’s Bafana return is around the corner!

However, he is fit and raring to go for the national team. Tau is scheduled to make a LIKELY return for Bafana on the 11 November when they take on Zimbabwe at FNB Stadium.

Tau missed South Africa’s double-header against Ethiopia due to injury and complications with new club Al Ahly. This after, the club refused to let the Al Ahly star go as they did not want to risk injury during South Africa’s 2022 Soccer World Cup Qualifiers.

This would see Tau return for the first time since playing in a vital 1-0 win against Ghana almost two months ago!

His return to the national side couldn’t have come at a better time. Tau is off the back of an excellent Al Ahly debut, where he scored a brace and followed up with a solid showing against the National Bank of Egypt.

SA needs four points from their final two matches to progress to the next stage of World Cup qualifiers. So, they will certainly welcome the return of one of their most dangerous attacking players who is in fine form.

Bafana take on Zimbabwe on 11 November before travelling to Ghana on 14 November.
