One of the names to jump out was that of Percy Tau who remains sidelined after he was injured in the win over the Black Stars.

Tau hasn’t played since and according to reports out of Egypt from the Al Ahly’s medical team, he’s anywhere from “two weeks to a month” away from fitness.

The first Ethiopia v Bafana Bafana match is in exactly 17 days from date of publishing meaning there is little to no chance Tau boards the flights to Addis Ababa with no game-time under his belt.
