Dates, kick-off times CONFIRMED for Bafana Bafana’s final 2022 Soccer World Cup qualifiers

The dates and kick-off times have been confirmed for Bafana Bafana’s final two Group G 2022 Soccer World Cup qualifiers this month.

Hugo Broos’ men will take on neighbours Zimbabwe on Thursday, 11 November at the FNB Stadium in what will be their penultimate clash.

Kick-off is scheduled for 21:00.

Bafana will then head to Ghana where they will take on the Black Stars on Sunday, 14 November in what is looming as the group decider.

Kick-off in that all-important clash is set for 21:00 SA time.

Bafana currently top Group G’s standings with 10 points from four matches.

Ghana are second on nine points, while Ethiopia (3 points) and Zimbabwe (1 point) have been eliminated from contention.

Only the 10 group winners will progress to the next phase of qualifying which will ultimately determine the five countries to represent Africa at next year’s tournament in Qatar.
