Andile Jali will watch more Bafana Bafana matches from his home despite being one of the best midfielders in the country.

A look at the midfielders will reveal there is no Andile Jali, a man who has run the midfield of the best team in Mzansi and Africa at this moment.

Broos has instead gone for his Sundowns teammates like Mothobi Mvala, Teboho Mokoena, and the Orlando Pirates duo of Thabang Monare, and Goodman Mosele.

BROOS ON WHY HE OMITS AJ

According to the coach’s reasons, the former Orlando Pirates star is not of the right age, 31, and also not simply Broos’ type of midfielder.

The Belgian coach also added to say he made the decision long before Andile Jali returned to his daring best this season.

“Jali is a player that I know very well, I’ve seen him in Belgium,” Broos said as quoted by Thabiso Mosia.

“But not picking him is a choice I’ve made from the beginning and I’m still okay with it. I will try other players.

“He’s also an older player and I’m looking for other type of players in the midfield,” he added.

Meanwhile, Bafana’s international friendlies will begin with Guinea in Belgium on 25 March, before the trip to France on 29 March.
