The Springbok centre was nominated for the Men’s Try of the Year by World Rugby on Monday after Am added the finishing touches to a brilliant Cheslin Kolbe break against the Lions while playing for the South Africa A team earlier this year.

Fans will be able to vote for their nominee on the Awards’ voting website and join the conversation using #WorldRugbyAwards. Voting opened on Monday and will run until Sunday, 21 November.
