Thanks to Covid-19 there were only two matches played in Super Rugby Unlocked Round 6.

The Lions (for the second time this season) saw a match postponed when a number of the Pumas squad tested positive for the coronavirus.

In matches that did take to the field, the Sharks edged Griquas in Kimberley, while the Stormers were far too strong for the Cheetahs in Cape Town.
