The Junior Springboks thumped Wales 47-27 in the final of the Six Nations U20 Summer Series in Treviso on Tuesday – and that was NOT the biggest talking point from the match!

After winning their pool games against England, Ireland and France, the SA Under-20s were pitted against Wales in the series finale.

The Junior Springboks were highly impressive as they won their fourth match on the trot in Italy.

The future is clearly bright – very bright – for South African rugby.

However, it was a rather comical incident during a break in play that will be talked about around the office water cooler today.

Wales lock Dafydd Jenkins casually walked over to the Junior Springboks players – and helped himself to a water bottle!

At first there was mass confusion, followed by some pushing and choice words and a polite get-the-you-know-what out of here from the Springbok youngsters!

South African rugby fans will be hoping the Springboks can replicate the Junior Springboks’ result when they take on Wales at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday in their three-Test series decider.

Kick-off at the Cape Town Stadium is scheduled for 17:05.
