The 31-year-old flanker underwent corrective knee surgery after sustaining a serious injury in the URC clash between the Sharks and Munster earlier this year.

It was initially feared that Kolisi would miss the Rugby World Cup, but his recovery process has exceeded expectations, as he continues to make positive progress in his rehabilitation programme in race against time to be fit for the RWC.

In the latest video clip released on social media, Siya Kolisi is seen working on the knee in the gyp with the Springboks’ head physiotherapist Rene Naylor.
