The Springboks and All Blacks clashed for the 100th time over the course of the last 100 years in Townsville on Saturday.

The match was a scrappy, error-prone affair but still had spectators from both sides on the edge of their seats.

Ultimately, All Blacks fullback Jordie Barrett decided matters with a match-winning 78th-minute penalty.

The win was the All Blacks’ 60th in the 100 matches – giving them a 60% win rate.

The Springboks have won 36 matches while there have been four draws.

There’s not long to wait for the 101st clash between the two sides as they will face another again next Saturday, 2 October in Gold Coast at 12:05 SA time.
