At this stage it’s unclear in which match Siya Kolisi’s men will don the new jersey.
The Springboks are due to play Wales (6 November), Scotland (13 November) and England (20 November) in their final assignments of 2021.

Mzukisi Mbane, the designer behind the new look, is a Khayelitsha local who is passionate about telling an African story through his designs.

He told the Asics website: It’s very much rooted in my African heritage. The brand’s aesthetic is very afro-futuristic. It’s a mix of the original traditional African with elements of the future. When you look at the colours, it’s usually very bright. My style also translates directly to the name of my brand, Imprint. The idea being, when you step out, or you wear an original Imprint, you leave a mark and you are sure to be remembered.

The Springboks are currently in Paris where they had their first training sessions of the week on Monday.
They will remain in the French capital until Sunday before departing for Cardiff.
