After a four-year absence, the All Blacks are back in South Africa for back-to-back Rugby Championship Tests against the Springboks.

The two rugby arch-rivals will clash at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on Saturday, 6 August and then again seven days later at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.

The New Zealanders last visited these shores for the 2018 Rugby Championship when the All Blacks won 32-30 at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria.

Since then, the sides have only met four times, with those matches seeing two wins for New Zealand, one for South Africa and one draw.

In total, the teams have faced each other 101 times with the All Blacks triumphing on 60 occasions, the Springboks 37 and the other four clashes resulted in thrilling draws.
