Madosh Tambwe heads back to Gauteng as Bulls recruit
Jake White has again reinforced his exciting Bulls back division with the signing of former Lions and Sharks winger Madosh Tambwe.

The Bulls have announced the signing of exciting utility back Madosh Tambwe who spent the 2020 season at the Sharks.
Tambwe made a name for himself on the highveld as a breakout star for the Lions before his move to Durban where he further impressed despite a season hampered by injury.
Madosh Tambwe joins the Bulls
The flying outside back was born in Kinshasa; Democratic Republic of the Congo and stands at 1.86m and weighs in at 92kgs.
The 23-year-old former Parktown Boys’ High School scholar forced his way into the Lions senior setup where his try scoring ability and strength on the wing allowed him to quickly establish himself as a regular.
Tambwe represented the Lions at Under-19 and Currie Cup level while he also broke into the Lions’ Vodacom Super Rugby squad in 2017.
Vodacom Bulls Director of Rugby, Jake White said: “Madosh is an amazing talent, and is a welcomed addition to our backline stock where his talent will benefit the collective strength. We are excited to start working with him and see his skills on the field.”
Bulls set to rival Sharks as heavy-hitters of SA Rugby
The Bulls are keen to build on a dominant 2020 season and appear to be setting themselves up for success in both the immediate future and the long-term with an ambitious recruiting programme.
It is clear that the brains trust at Loftus want to capitalise on the popularity of the Blue Bulls brand, and turn the team into a force to be reckoned with both locally and in the upcoming ventures into Europe.
Taking a player from the Sharks ranks also shows a willingness to go toe-to-toe with an organisation which has welcomed ambitious new partners.
The recruiting power of the Bulls and Sharks could set alarm bells ringing not only for the smaller unions but also for fellow franchises, the Lions and the Stormers.
