Currie Cup: Latest LOG ahead of the weekend’s matches

The Currie Cup resumes on Friday, 6 May and the six teams in action will be pushing to secure their playoff spots.

The Currie Cup Premier Division resumes on Friday, 6 May and the six teams in action will be pushing for playoff spots as the race for the top four places on the league table intensifies.

The action will kick off in Durban at 16:45, when the Sharks host the Pumas at Hollywoodbets Kings Park.

That encounter will be followed by the Lions’ home match against the undefeated Cheetahs, with the battle at Ellis Park in Johannesburg set to kick off at 19:00.

On Saturday, 7 May in Pretoria, defending champions, the Bulls, face Griquas in what promises to be another exciting clash between the two rivals.

Kick-off at Loftus Versfeld is at 17:00 and all three Currie Cup matches will be televised live on SuperSport.

Western Province have a bye this weekend.
