Du Toit, the 2019 World Rugby Player of the Year, underwent surgery for a shoulder injury sustained in the second Test against the British & Irish Lions at the end of July.

The 29-year-old has regularly had to fight back from injuries during his career, and his latest return will be highly anticipated after being named to start at flank for his Japanese club.
