The Six Nations returns to our screens this weekend; here we let you know when and where you can catch all the rugby on TV this weekend.

Super Rugby AU is now in full stride with a brace of matches over the weekend starting with Friday’s clash between the Force and the Rebels.

There is also action across the Tasman in Super Rugby Aotearoa where the Crusaders are threatening to run away with things.

The English Premiership and Pro14 continue despite the return of Test rugby with the penultimate round of the Six Nations.

There is no local rugby on TV this weekend with the SA Rugby Preparation picking up in seven days time.
