The Sharks look to make it two wins on the trot against Aussie opponents as they visit the Reds at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday.

Sean Everitt’s team beat the Rebels 36-24 in their last game, taking their overall record this season to three wins from four matches.

For a team that has only played one game in their own country, this can be considered an impressive start to the season.

The only blemish so far this year was the Hurricanes game, but the Sharks did well to bounce back last weekend.

“We are very happy with the outcome of the day, we improved hugely in the set-piece,” said Everitt, as per SuperSport’s website.

“The scrumming and the lineout work was way better, and credit must go to the forwards. We said we would fix the problems and we did that. Although it still isn’t perfect as we still lost a few lineouts in the second half.”

The Reds picked up their first win of the season with a 64-5 drubbing of the Sunwolves, but the Sharks will be tougher opponents and Everitt will surely fancy his side’s chances of another victory.
