We’re kicking our weekend off the right way, with a Currie Cup clash between Bulls and Pumas. The home side are coming off the back of a win against Griquas, whereas Pumas are looking to recover from a thrashing at the hands of Western Province. Watch it all unfold from 18:45, on SuperSport 1.

We’ve got the domestic calendar swinging back into action, after a two-week break. Nothing says Friday night like La Liga, and you can watch newly-promoted Huesca entertain Rayo Vallecano at 20:45, live on SuperSport 7.

We’re into the closing stages of La Vuelta e Espana, where Britain’s Simon Yates holds onto the red jersey ahead of the deciding weekend. That’s on SuperSport 5 from 16:00.

Live Sport on TV for Saturday 15 September

It’s an early start for us, as the Springboks take on the All Blacks in New Zealand. Rassie Erasmus’ men face an uphill battle to avoid a third-straight defeat in the Rugby Championship, and the coach is already fretting about his future. You can catch it live from 9:25, on SuperSport 1.

Immediately following on from that is a clash between Australia and Argentina. Los Pumas gave a decent account of themselves in the first half vs New Zealand last week, before being blown away by the hosts. We all know what the Aussies did last time out, too. Coverage begins at 11:50 on SuperSport 1.

Meanwhile, you can watch Lions take on Western Province and Griquas host Cheetahs on that same channel. The games are back-to-back, with coverage starting at 14:55.

The Premier League comes roaring back with a bumper set of fixtures, but none more appealing than our earlier kick-off for Saturday. Tottenham Hotspur host Liverpool in what’s sure to be an electric encounter. Live coverage begins at 13:20 on SuperSport 3.

Keep it locked on SS 3 for Manchester City vs Fulham (16:00 kick-off) and Watford vs Manchester United (18:30 kick-off). You can also watch Newcastle vs Arsenal (SS5) and Chelsea vs Cardiff (SS8) in the 16:00 KOs.

If you’re looking to keep things domestic, the PSL returns on Saturday, too. Get your teeth into Cape Town City vs Kaizer Chiefs, live from 14:55 on SuperSport 4. Then, from 17:55, the same channel will broadcast Maritzburg United vs Bidvest Wits. We LOVE Saturdays!

La Vuelta e Espana enters its penultimate stage. Can Yates hold on to his red jersey? You’ll have to find out by tuning in at 14:40 on SuperSport 11.

You can also stay local and watch newly-promoted Highlands Park take on Lamontville Golden Arrows in the PSL. Coverage begins at 14:55 on SuperSport 4.

You can’t miss the 21st and final stage of La Vuelta e Espana this Sunday. The gruelling race comes to its triumphant conclusion in Madrid, but can anyone knock Simon Yates off of the top spot? Make sure you’re watching SuperSport 5 from 16:45 to find out.
