Manchester United take their three-match unbeaten EPL run to West Ham on Saturday lunchtime.

Jose Mourinho’s side have shaken off an early season wobble to up their pursuit of the top four.

But they’re not firing on all cylinders just yet, if last weekend’s home draw with Wolves is anything to go by.

Joao Moutinho belted the visitors level at Old Trafford to cancel out Fred’s early opener.

It was an anticlimax for the Red Devils but did at least leave them with seven points from nine following victories at Watford and Burnley.

United are, however, an alarming eight points adrift of arch-rivals Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table with six games played.

West Ham’s form has also improved in recent weeks, after a shocking start to the new campaign had left them pointless after their first four matches.

Since then, Manuel Pellegrini’s side have collected their first win of the season – a handsome 3-1 win at Everton.

Andriy Yarmolenko scored twice on his full debut at Goodison Park, before Marko Arnautovic made three points safe following Gylfi Sigurdsson’s equalizer on the stroke of half time.

The Hammers followed that up with a London derby draw at home to Chelsea last Sunday.

It could have been so much better than a 0-0 draw, too, were it not for an inexplicable miss by Andriy Yarmolenko, who headed wide from six yards out in the second half.

They go into their United clash two points and one place above the relegation zone as the repair job continues against stiff opposition.

West Ham team and injury news

Marko Arnautovic could be set to feature despite being hampered by a knee problem.

Another doubt is Carlos Sanchez, with the midfielder facing a late fitness test.

Manchester United team and injury news

United have Marcus Rashford back in the fold following his three-match ban, with Marcos Rojo now the only major long-term injury casualty.

As for the role of Paul Pogba – well, your guess is as good as Mourinho’s.
