Tottenham take their top four charge to Stoke in the Premier League on Saturday.
Spurs are in white-hot form in the EPL while the Potters are seeing the flashing red danger of relegation to the Championship.
Dele Alli was the hero on Sunday with two second half goals to seal a first win at Chelsea since 1990.
3-1 was the final score at Stamford Bridge thanks also to a wicked strike from Christian Eriksen.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have won five on the spin as they put their Champions League disappointment against Juventus behind them.
Bournemouth, Huddersfield, Crystal Palace and north London rivals Arsenal make up the rest of an impressive sequence.
It’s a timely run, too, with Tottenham now eight points clear of reigning champions Chelsea in the race for fourth place.
Better still, they have a realistic shot at the runners-up spot with Manchester United just four points ahead in second.
Stoke remain in the relegation mire despite tentative improvements under new boss Paul Lambert.
Last weekend’s 3-0 defeat at Arsenal was harsh.
But it means the Potters have lost three in a row after home failures against Everton and Manchester City.
They are also winless in eight EPL outings with only sorry West Brom beneath them in propping up the table.
There is hope with just three points separating them from Crystal Palace above the dotted line in 17th.
But time is fast running out as they face a mammoth task against the Spurs onslaught.
Mame Biram Diouf could shake off a knock while long-term crock Kurt Zouma has also returned to training.
Charlie Adam is banned, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is sidelined by injury and Konstantinos Stafylidis is nursing a sore rib.
Harry Kane could return to feature from the start, while Harry Winks is also nearing his return following an ankle injury.
