EPL Fixtures 2019/20: Chelsea face Manchester United on opening weekend

The EPL fixtures for 2019/20 have been announced with Chelsea and Manchester United set to meet in a massive opening weekend clash.

The preliminary fixture list for the 2019/20 English Premier League has been released with Chelsea set to face Manchester United on the first Sunday of the season.

2018/19 runners-up Liverpool kick off the season with a Friday night fixture against newly promoted Norwich City at Anfield on 9 August 2019.

Champions Manchester City begin their title defence with a trip to East London to face West Ham on Saturday 10 August, the match is set for a lunchtime kick off.

Liverpool and Manchester United renew the most storied rivalry in English football on Saturday 19 October.
