A group of mongoose held up play at the Nedbank Golf Challenge [video]

There are a few lessons here.

1. The collective noun for mongoose is a “business”.
2. The plural is, allegedly, mongooses not mongeese.
3. Africa is wild.

According to the YouTube clip: “Although appearing out of the blue, the Gary Player Country Club in Sun City is used to such invasions as it lies on the edge of the large Pilanesberg Game Reserve, a 221 square mile park which hosts lions, leopards, cheetahs and elephants.”

It looked like they were heading straight for the in play ball, but eventually avoided it despite several taking a fleeting interest in it.
