What are the odds? Three sisters from Florida in the United States share the same birthday. Sophia, Giuliana and Mia Lammert were each born on 25 August but they are not triplets. The youngest of the trio was born earlier this year.

LAMERT SISTERS SHARE SAME BIRTHDAY

Kristin Lammert, who gave birth to her daughters on 25 August in 2015, 2018 and 2021, respectively, said the remarkable coincidence was serendipity, according to the Associated Press (AP). “Divine intervention, fate, loved ones up above.”

All three babies were delivered naturally. When Kristin discovered that Mia’s due date was 8 September 2021, she thought it might be a possibility that the child would arrive early.

“I thought she could absolutely be born two weeks early and share the same birthday with her two older sisters,” said Kristin.

The father, Nick Lammert, jokingly remarked that his wife was “really good at planning.”

So, what are the odds of an occurrence such as this? 1-in-48 million, say doctors at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, according to local television news station WKMG. The doctors added that the feat is especially rare because the babies were delivered naturally.
