Nhlanhla “Lux” Dlamini claimed members of the EFF were behind the two ‘petrol bombs’ thrown at his home in the early hours on Monday.

Nhlanhla “Lux” Dlamini on Monday claimed members of the EFF was behind an attack on his home in the early hours on Monday.

HE CLAIMED TWO PETROL BOMBS WERE THROWN AT HIS HOME

Dlamini made the following post on Twitter early on Monday:

He told the media that at least two petrol bombs were thrown at his home, with one hitting the roof.

“You look at all my neighbours’ windows, they are all shattered so you can imagine the quality of the bombs.”

The house did not suffer any damage.

Police are on the scene and could not yet confirmed that it was petrol bombs.

Meanwhile, police minister Bheki Cele said more than 24 300 tyres had been confiscated so far by police, security companies, and community members.

CELE SAID 57 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED SO FAR

He briefed the media early on Monday morning.

Cele furthermore said a total of 57 people had been arrested country-wide so far during the National Shutdown that started last night.
