The Do-Dodonpa rollercoaster in the Fuji-Q Highland, known for its “super death speeds”, has been shut down.
This was done by the regional Japanese government after several passengers sustained fractured bones on the ride.
Spokesperson for the park told Vice World News that four of at least six passengers injured since December 2020 broke their neck or back.
