Two suspects were arrested for stabbing a victim to death during a botched street robbery in Kraaifontein, Western Cape.

SUSPECTS NABBED FOR MURDER AND ROBBERY

At approximately 18:00 on 16 December, Titanium Securitas Medical Response received a call for urgent help after an adult male was stabbed in the chest in Muller Street.

VICTIM’S MEDICAL REPORT DISCLOSED BY THE COMPANY



The company reports that on arrival a man was found to have sustained a serious stab wound to the chest. The medical team stabilized the victim on scene before being transported for urgent care.

While the above took place, Titanium Securitas Armed Response officers were hot on the heels of the suspects, after the officers were informed that suspects were being chased by members of the public.

“Not long thereafter, the two suspects were apprehended and detained by the Titanium Securitas Officers. The two men were handed over to Kraaifontein SAPS for further investigation. It was later reported that the stolen items were also recovered by SAPS at the suspects residential property,” the company reported.

In other news, Three suspects were arrested for swearing and punching the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) officers in Elandspark on Sunday, 13 November.

Three male suspects were arrested for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm by Johannesburg Metropolitan Department (JMPD) officers together with South End Security Services in Elandspark.

 JMPD management condemned this savage attack towards the officers and wished them a speedy recovery.
