Two arrested in connection with Pastor Lukau’s resurrection stunt
The matter has received attention worldwide which, in turn, led to authorities and religious leaders investigating the case.

As reported by eNCA, two people have been arrested in connection with the supposed resurrection that occurred earlier this year at Pastor Lukau’s Alleluia Ministries church.
The two suspects will appear in court tomorrow, at which time we should get a better idea of what their involvement was in the resurrection.
It was reported this morning that Brighton “Elliot” Moyo, the man who was said to have been resurrected by Pastor Lukau in February, passed away in Zimbabwe.
Moyo was allegedly on the run from South African authorities, and despite it being reported that he had passed away due to pneumonia, this is yet to be confirmed by Zimbabwean authorities.
While his death remains unconfirmed, Moyo is still considered as a wanted suspect. In addition, authorities are still searching for more suspects.

According to Moyo’s grandmother, Emily, the 28-year-old came to South Africa in 2011 “to look for a job.” She told Times Live:
“He married a girl from a nearby village. When they had children, they sent them back home and we never knew what he was up to … what we are being told now.”
Times Live also determined that Moyo’s real name was Tabiso Mlanje. He attended the local Gogo Primary School in Zimbabwe, where he excelled in football.
He only took the name ‘Brighton Moyo’ when he came to South Africa eight years ago. His wife, Simelweyinkosi, distanced herself from the resurrection fiasco.
