Who are the top ten most talked about entrepreneurs in the world?
New online research has revealed which innovative businessmen have cut it to make the list of the most discussed entrepreneurs in the world.

Unsurprisingly, Elon Musk tops the list of the most talked about entrepreneurs in the world.
New research released by MoneyTransfers.Com has revealed its list of the top ten most discussed entrepreneurs, who are so popular because of their innovative and forward-thinking mindsets and their ideas and creations have had a monumental and lasting impact on the world.
MoneyTransfers.com analysed the latest data from online analytics tool Buzzsumo to establish which entrepreneurs in the world have been the most publicised online in the past year from September 2020 to August 2021.
Here are the results for the research:
MoneyTransfers.com found that Elon Musk was in the number one slot, as public and media interest in him had led to an estimated 340 957 online articles that were written about the Tesla and Space X maverick from September 2020 to August 2021. This equates to the equivalent of a whopping 28,413 online articles published every month.
Jeff Bezos took second position with just over half the number of articles published compared to Musk. Approximately 142 862 online articles were published about the founder of the e-commerce giant Amazon, between September 2020 to August 2021.
Bill Gates, took third place with an estimated 84 262 online articles were written about the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation for the same period under review.
Warren Buffett (45,168), Mark Zuckerberg (39,047) and Richard Branson (37,144) were among the other renowned entrepreneurs that had more than 35,000 online articles focused on them between September 2020 to August 2021, respectively ranking fourth, fifth and sixth.
At the other end in 10th position was the supremely intelligent Sundar Pichai, the current CEO of Google and Alphabet Inc, who had a total of 10,838 online articles dedicated to him from September 2020 to August 2021.
In conducting the research MoneyTransfers.com identified some of the biggest entrepreneurs in the world in terms of reputation and wealth from a range of reputable online resources, such as Forbes and Bloomberg etc. Once a comprehensive list of entrepreneurs was drawn up – the list was in excess of 300 entrepreneurs – the researchers inserted each entrepreneur’s name into the Buzzsumo database to identify how many articles were published about that respective entrepreneur.
