Police: Another post office robbery, this time in Limpopo

The police are on the hunt for five suspects who allegedly forced their way into a Limpopo post office and held staff at gunpoint.

The police in Limpopo are on the hunt for five suspects who allegedly robbed a post office in Seleteng at gunpoint.

LIMPOPO POST OFFICE ROBBED BY ARMED SUSPECTS, SAY POLICE

South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Robert Netshiunda said a post office in Ga-Mphahlele was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by five armed suspects on Thursday afternoon, 3 March.

“The suspects reportedly broke down burglar doors and forced entry into the building and pointed the post office staff with firearms. The suspects allegedly left the scene with two bags of money,” said Netshiunda.
