THE BUS COMPANY USES COURT TO FIGHT ITS BATTLES

To bolster their efforts, the company reported that it obtained a court order today, Thursday, 8 September interdicting and restraining the striking employees from, amongst others, preventing passengers from embarking or disembarking on any of the Putco buses.

The bus drivers went on a strike to demand a salary increment of 6 per cent and unpaid bonuses.

“We once again apologise to our passengers for the inconvenience caused by the strike and would like to reiterate that reimbursements for unused trips will be processed by way of discounts and extended validity periods,” said Xulu.
