The PowerBall jackpot for the first draw of the month of July will be worth a guaranteed R65 million on Friday night.
POWERBALL JACKPOT SITS AT R65 MILLION ON FRIDAY
The PowerBall PLUS jackpot starts from scratch at R3 million after a lucky player hit the R33 million jackpot Tuesday night, 28 June.
In Tuesday’s PowerBall draw, the biggest winner was the player who fell just short of the jackpot – matching five numbers for a return of R406 872,10.
23 players followed by matching four numbers plus the PowerBall for a dividend of R11 077,60.
The winning PB numbers were: 09, 12, 28, 29, 50 and PB: 13
In the PowerBall PLUS draw, the jackpot winner was followed by two players who matched five numbers for a return of R92 503,50.
18 players won R6436,20 after matching four numbers plus the bonus ball.
The winning PB PLUS numbers were: 22, 27, 35, 39, 48 and PB: 12
The National Lottery Operator, Ithuba, is yet to announce whether the R33 million jackpot has been claimed.
