The jackpots for both the PowerBall and PowerBall PLUS draws rolled over after no players struck lucky on Tuesday night, 31 May. The PowerBall jackpot is now worth an estimated R21 million.
According to the PowerBall dividends, the biggest winners in Tuesday night’s draw were the two players who matched five numbers for a return of R177 312,80.
29 players followed by matching four numbers plus the bonus ball for a dividend of R7657,50.
464 players matched four numbers for a return of R811,40.
Bringing up the rear, 117 205 players correctly guessed the PowerBall for R10.
The winning PB numbers were: 01, 05, 17, 24, 33 and PB: 13
In the PB PLUS match field, the biggest winners were the four players who matched five numbers for a dividend of R41 675,70.
In second were the 19 players who matched four numbers plus the PowerBall for R5494,20.
375 players followed – winning R471,90 after matching four numbers, while 724 players matched three numbers plus the PowerBall for R276,40.
At the other end were the 95 025 players that only matched the bonus ball for R5.
The winning PB PLUS numbers were: 06, 17, 21, 33, 49 and PB: 03
After the draws, the PowerBall jackpot rolls over to an estimated R21 million on Friday, 3 June while the PB PLUS jackpot will be worth R16 million.
