Thabiso Monyane was red carded in Pirates’ 2-0 loss to Sekhukhune United.
The PSL has not confirmed the length of his suspension yet. However, the norm is that players will serve a two-match ban for a red card and three for violent dissent.

The talented right back lost his cool on two occasions which saw him earn to yellow cards.
Therefore, he was shown red and will now be suspended by the PSL.

Riveiro must get creative as Monyane is the only recognized right-back in the squad. We could see Paseko Mako or Sandile Mthethwa utilized on the right of the Bucs defense.
Therefore, Riveiro will have to dig deep into his squad depth and fast as Pirates are in action in a couple of days.
