1995 | Operation Deliberate Force was launched by NATO against Bosnian Serb forces during the Bosnian War.

1998 | Second Congo War: In the western DRC, the Matadi and Inga dams were retaken from the RCD and Rwandan forces by the DRC’s armed forces and their allies from Angola and Zimbabwe.

2012 | Two hundred and seventy workers were charged with the murder of their colleagues. The allegations related to the tragic incident on August 16, 2012, when the South African police services opened fire and killed 34 mineworkers who were striking for a wage raise.

2019 | A serious collision during the F2 Spa Feature Race left young driver Anthoine Hubert with serious injuries, and she later passed away.
